1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS Welcome to The Creative Healing Process (CHP). The CHP provides its service to you subject to the following Terms of Service (“TOS”), which may be updated periodically. In addition, when using the CHP services, you and the CHP are subject to posted guidelines or rules. All guidelines are here in the TOS.
2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION The CHP provides an evolutionary collection of resources, including communication tools, appointment book access, forums and personalized content through the “Service.” You also agree that the service may include communications from the CHP, such as service announcements and email messages. Unless stated otherwise, any new features added to enhance the Service shall be subject to the TOS. Also, you responsible for all equipment necessary, if necessary, to access the Service.
3. REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS While using the Service, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself in the “Registration Data” and (b) update the “Registration Data” to keep it true, accurate and current. If any information is untrue, inaccurate or not current, CHP has the right to terminate your account and prevent future use. Registration Requirements also consists of parents with children under 15 years old creating a CHP Account for their child. When you create a CHP Account for your child, you certify that you are at least 18 years old and are the legal guardian. As the legal guardian, it is your responsibility to determine whether the Service is fitting for your child.
4. PRIVACY POLICY Registration Data and other personal information is subject to our Privacy Policy.
5. INDEMNITY You agree to indemnify and hold the CHP, its co-branders, employees, and other partners, harmless from any claim made by third parties due to Content you submit or make available through the Service. This includes attorney fees. You agree that the CHP is not liable for, nor is We Are The Creators, LLC or Kyle D. Jones liable for any supposed damage resulting from help in the Forum or from the Content provided.
6. NO COPYRIGHT OR RESALE OF THE SERVICE You agree not to reproduce, copy, sell or resell content provided in the Service.
7. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE CHP has the right to discontinue, temporarily or permanently any accounts breaking TOS or going long-terms without logging into the Service (with or without notice.)
8. TERMINATION You agree that CHP may terminate your password, account or use of the Service, and remove and discard any Content within the Service, for any reason, including inconsistent following of the TOS. CHP can discontinue providing the Service with or without notice. You acknowledge and agree CHP may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all sharings and files in your account with the Service. Furthermore, you agree that CHP isn’t liable to you or any third-party for any termination of access to the Service.
9. DEALINGS WITH INFORMATION CHP is provided for educational purposes only. The Creative Healing Process isn’t intended to substitute medical or psychological services. For medical and psychological diagnoses, you agree to consult with licensed professionals. You agree the CHP, its publishers and teachers, and We Are The Creators, LLC. have neither liability nor responsibility to any person’s life experience through the information contained in the Service.
10. LINKS The CHP may provide links to other World Wide Web sites. Since the CHP has no control over these sites, you agree the CHP isn’t responsible for any Content, advertising, products, or other materials on these external links. You further agree the CHP isn’t responsible, directly or indirectly, for damage or loss or misinformation in connection with Content, goods or services available on other World Wide Web sites.
11. CHP’s PROPRIETARY RIGHTS You agree that the Service and any necessary software used in the Service contain protected information. You further agree Content contained in the Service is protected by copyrights, trademarks or other proprietary rights. You agree not to modify, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the Service. You agree not to access the Service by any means other than through logging in to the CHP on www.wearethecreators.net or its related software applications.
12. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE: a. YOUR USE OF SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
b. THE CHP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
c. THE CHP MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING (i) THE SERVICE MEETING YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (ii) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR FREE OF ERROR, (iii) THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, (iv) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL WILL MEET EXPECTATIONS.
13. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THE CHP ISN’T LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF DATA OR OTHER LOSSES RESULTING FROM: (i) THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE SERVICE; (ii) THE COST OF SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, TEACHING SESSIONS, DATA OR INFORMATION PURCHASED FROM THE SERVICE; (iii) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (iv) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE.
14. NOTICES Notices may be made through email or regular mail. The Service may also provide notices of changes to the TOS or other matters by displaying notices on the CHP Service or sending email messages.
15. COPYRIGHTS and COPYRIGHT AGENTS The CHP respects work of others, and ask users to as well. If you believe your work has been copied, or your rights have been violated, please provide CHP’s Copyright Agent the following:
1. a signature of the individual authorized to act on behalf of the copyright;
2. a description of the copyrighted work;
3. a description or URL of where the copyrighted material is located – from the source and on the Service
4. your address, phone number, and email;
5. a statement about your knowledge of the copyrighted work being unauthorized by the copyright owner;

16. GENERAL INFORMATION The TOS represents the entire agreement between you and the CHP. The TOS are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. You agree that regardless of any statute or law, any claim or cause of action arising related to the TOS must be filed within one year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever expelled. Also, keep in mind the TOS is for convenience only and has no legal effect.
17. VIOLATIONS Please report any violations of the TOS to our Customer Support group (info@wearethecreatorsstore.com).
18. MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION You pay for membership monthly. There is no cancellation or refund once a monthly payment is processed. You can choose not to renew, but you cannot cancel for a refund.
